At seven months, I've tried to get Monch to open his palm and close it into a fist while I chant 'close, open, close, open'. I've tried to get him to kiss when requested. I still have to force him to 'let go of Mommy's hair, please.' But, when I ask him to 'smile for Mommy', he willing obliges.
This is great for me since I love taking his picture.
His smile is often open mouthed with his lips curling up at the ends.
Sometimes, it's his eyes that smile.
He has an 'almost laughing' smile.
And probably the most irresistable smile is his 'gummy grin'.
Happiness is Monch's smile.
